I became a member of OMP 2 years ago, and i had a few issues with them, like resizing my images to the lowest membership level when I had paid for the highest level, and the 5 weeks the site was down due to a hurricane, and they didn't extend my membership, and the 2 to 3 weeks a support ticket goes unanswered.
But what really ticked me off was when my Visa credit card was compromised, and one of the items that was bought, was a monthly membership to their site. I closed my visa account and when through the long drawn out process of requesting a refund, and during this time, they DELETED my account! Now I had paid for this account through paypal. and for some reason they thought i was ripping them off by asking for a refund, when in fact they had my money for a years worth of service. Well I lost my $18 for the monthly fee on my visa and i lost my $150+ on my yearly membership. And Visa and Paypal where no help at all, and refused to even look at it, do to Brett at omp. I don't recommend this site to anyone!
***Editors Note***
OMP was down due to a hurricane, but I do not believe it was 5 weeks, it might have been more in the line of 2 weeks tops, but even then that show a poor planing on OMP's part to have a disaster pan in place, and or place the servers in more than one place. If it was my site, i would of placed them in a Chicago and Dallas data centers. But that's just me

I just realized that if you start at a lower level, then upgrade you have to turn off subscriptions for within paypal, if you do not you will be double billed!
Maybe I should have known this, but there was nothing to indicate I had to cancel the prior subscription. So I have been double billed until I caught it, I just put in a dispute with paypal
Just thought I would let those know who may not realize.
