It's even possible that I had left TVTAXI.com, inc by the time this incident occurred. (TVTAXI being OMP's parent company.) There are a million reasons why an email would not be received. I never received this persons complaint in any way shape or form. I was NOT the individual responsible for handling contest and competition problems. The Marketing department did NOT run these events. During my tenure at OMP I helped alot of members If I was indeed there and somehow this person fell through the cracks my sincerest apologies...My own perception of how contests and competitions were run at OMP is that the Team assigned did their best to treat everyone in a fair and equitable manner. When dealing with the public there are always disgruntled individuals and situations that cannot be repaired. I have been in this boat myself in regards to other commercial concerns.
